So, I waited a year for these (they were uploaded while I was at this year’s Heroes), because Leonard is a super busy guy, but man were they worth the wait! I love them so much.
My costume was inspired by Captain America vol. 5, during the Epting/Guice/Perkins period, thus the choice of silver belt and bracelets, and a more subtly colored red wig (I delayed this costume for years trying to find the right wig). And, of course, the inclusion of the shield is an homage to the infamous Winter Soldier-Black Widow fight. (My shiiip~)

I’ll put up my other con photos tomorrow, but i wanted to show off this amazing parent child combo of Groot and Rocket Raccoon, I believe made with a heckuva lot of cardboard. Amazing.
I’m still a long way off from catching up on my sleep and I’m still processing the amazing weekend that was HeroesCon, but easily the highlight of the weekend was all the Captain Marvels and meeting the Carol Corps.
You guys are amazing. Sitting in on that panel and seeing everyone wandering around the con just filled me with so much joy.
I miss everyone already!
